LPG gas detector ATEX – IP66 features a head with a catalytic sensing element that measures the concentration of explosive gas on the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) scale. It utilizes a microprocessor unit capable of processing gas concentration data and performing dynamic calibration to ensure precise detection. The sensor has a detection range from 0 to 100% LEL and a native 4-20 mA output. It can be integrated with an optional relay output interface (2 relays: alarm-fault) with an alarm threshold set at 30% LEL (code 4437602). The detector is complete with a painted aluminium IP66 enclosure, designed to house both the electronics and the sensitive element, which is positioned at the bottom and protected by a dedicated sintered bronze filter. Programming, replacement, and calibration of the head can be performed via a PC software interface. Technical data: Dimensions (WxHxD): 90 x 150 x 70 mm – Weight: 1 Kg -T90: <30 s – Working temperature: -10°C to +60°C – Power supply: 12 to 24 Vdc – Maximum power consumption: 90 mA at 12 Vdc.
